The first story on my blog is how I first met Sisy. Actually, I was a bit too hasty in finding a name for her because of the situation at the clinic. But I didn’t expect that at such a young age, Sisy would have to live with an incurable illness. According to the vet, this illness could recur at any time. I’m sad to know this, but I have to live with it and accept it. Okay, I’ll start the story now.
One afternoon in September 2024, I usually go home from work on time. For some reason, that day, I felt really lazy to go home on time. I was silent for about 1 hour in my office lobby. Daydreaming, confused about why I was like this. Finally, I forced myself who was not in the mood to take a motorbike in the basement and go home slowly. When I arrived at the traffic light closest to the house, the road really turned into a terrible traffic jam. Walk between cars or on the far left, close to the sidewalk. I stopped because of the vehicle ahead. I faintly heard the sound of an animal meowing and it seemed like there was something moving on my left.
I turned to the left, coincidentally I wasn’t wearing glasses so the object I saw was a bit blurry. I saw something like a small cat spinning around and screaming. Because the light was green, I was forced to drive. After walking a few meters, I decided to go back to where the small cat was. The road was very congested, I parked my vehicle at the temple and walked to where the small cat was. It turned out that there was already a guy carrying the little cat. The guy and I chatted for a while. Let’s call him A and I am N.

N: “Sir, what’s wrong with the cat, Sir?”
A: “It looks like the cat got hit, ma’am.”
N: “Yes sir, blood is coming out of his mouth and nose, do you want to treat her or what?”
A: “Incidentally, I already have 6 cats, ma’am. Actually, it’s quite difficult for me to look after them, but it’s a shame.”
N: “Yes, Sir, I also have 3 cats at home. Can I take care of it, Sir?”
A: “Do you want to take care of it?”
N: “Yes, Sir, I’ll take care of it. I’ll take it to the vet now, then”
A: “Thank you, Ma’am, for taking care of it. Poor thing, it’s still small, Ma’am”
N: “Yes, Sir, I also feel sorry for the cat, it’s still very small”.
The little cat looked very shocked. Her face was covered in blood. I looked at where the cat was spinning, there was also a lot of blood. I held back my tears because many people were watching. I tried to walk fast but the cat struggled even more. The clothes I was wearing, a white uniform, had turned into bloodstains. It was very difficult to bring this cat because it was still in shock and couldn’t stay still. After about 25 minutes because of traffic, I arrived at the animal clinic.

This veterinarian, let’s call him drh. B, explained that this little cat was in severe shock. It is possible that this cat was not hit, but rather hit something very hard, causing bleeding in its head. drh. B believes that this cat was hit because if this small cat was hit it would definitely die at the scene seeing as the cat’s size is very small. It could be that a motorbike was riding on the sidewalk and this little cat accidentally hit the motorbike.
drh. B also didn’t dare to give the injection because he was still in shock and still small. drh. B gave tablet medicine which was given to the cat with a syringe without a needle. The tablet medicine was crushed and put into the syringe. This really overwhelmed me. This cat is very shocked and if given medicine by mouth there is a risk of choking. So I really had to be extra careful. I’m also a little afraid of the cost issue because my financial condition is not good either. The administrative process also required the cat’s name, so I quickly named her Sisy.
When I got home, I put her in a cardboard box that already contained a soft towel. Because of the shock, Sisy wanted to go out but her path was irregular. She meowed continuously and I felt that her bed was very uncomfortable. Her body also felt cold. I used a small cat cage, filled with more cloth, used lights and candles to keep her body warm. It was very painful to see Sisy in this condition. I’ve done all my best, I can only pray and hope that Sisy’s condition will be better tomorrow.
For 3 days, I stocked 2 packs of candles to keep Sisy’s body warm. However, the change has already ….. (story continues in the next part).
